The 2018 vintage’s passage into oak barrels confirms the varietal characteristics of the Cortese vine

The selection of the best vines from the local oldest vineyards. This wine is produced only in exceptional vintages. It is refined in barriques for 20 months and can age in the bottle for over 10 years.

La Raia’s Passito was produced for the first time in 2021, from the Cortese grapes grown according to the biodynamic farming principles.
