Organic white wine
The grapes, harvested by hand around the second week of September, are carefully selected, destemmed and softly pressed. The must obtained, after natural decanting, is fermented in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 15/20 days and takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: straw yellow, with slight greenish reflections.
Nose: mineral scent of particular finesse, expressing aromas of honey and candied citron.
Taste: lively, balanced in the mouth, with fresh acidity that amplifies its persistence and favours drinkability, with a slightly almondy finish.
Pairing, temperature, storage
Gastronomic pairings
It is excellent as an aperitif, with starters and first courses of fish and vegetables. Perfect with fresh and short-aged cheese.
Serving temperature
Between 10 and 12 degrees.
Advice for proper storage
If kept in a cool, dry and dark place, at a temperature between 10 and 18 degrees, the bottles will keep for 3 to 4 years.
