Fassone Meat
We perceive La Raia as an unicum in which land, plants, animals and human presence are well balanced. In our grazylands we breed free Fassona cows, a breed recognized for the highly developed muscle mass. This is one of the five Italian excellent breeds for feeding.
Our pastures
Our animals are let-free all year long excluding the times when it snows. They only feed with grass integrated with hay when the seasons stiffen and they are moved around the estate according to the rotation of the land, alternated between cultivation and grazing.
The grass fed breeding
This farming method which does not foresee cereal feeding, is known as DzGrass feddz and is spreading around Italy and the world. It respects animals that are not bred in captivity and ensures the consumer with great meat quality with low fats and higher vitamins contents.
