Acacia Honey
A liquid honey, due to its high content of fructose. Is is widely considered, for its texture, aroma and taste the quintessential honey sweetener since it does not alter the taste of food and beverages.
Properties
It has a sweet and lightly fruity taste with a faint acidity, a flower and vanilla aroma, “sown”, not much persistent and without any aftertaste. Acacia honey always displays itself with a transparent and really light colour, from straw-coloured to almost colourless.
Excellent with
Perfect for breakfast, it pairs well with fruit salads, yogurt, mascarpone cheese, blue cheese and with the preparation of meat, fish and salads sauces.
